COC – Colours of Culture game
The purpose of the Colours of Culture game is to discover and capture the driving forces of the actual and the desired organizational culture in a playful way with groups of varying size.
This blueprint helps us to work towards the succesfull change that involves the future of your organization. We also learn to appreciate what we have, let go of what doesn't work anymore and add the necessary elements to realize this growth, both for people as for results. To this end, different basic elements of your organizational culture are put in perspective by the group.
A precondition is that the players know the long term significance of the organization, the mission, the vision, the goals, the tasks, etc.
The ultimate goal is to have a complete document, for example in the shape of a little booklet, that visualizes the culture in all its layers.
